HAVANA BY GUSTAVO MINAS

I was in Havana for the first time in January, 2018. I was expecting sunny warm days and vibrant colors on the streets, but instead of it, the city was being affected by a cold front coming from the US. A cold wind blew from the Malecón most of the time, and people walked in old jackets with their hands in their pockets, tooking shelter in the smoky bars. These images reflect an unusually melancholic side of the often vibrant and happy Cuban capital.
